• Where do I log in to the IB Candidate website? The official portal is at candidates.ibo.org. Use Mozilla Firefox for best compatibility.
• How do I get my login credentials? Your personal (candidate) code and PIN are session-specific and must be obtained from your school's IB programme coordinator. The IB cannot provide these directly due to data protection.
• What if I forget my password or get locked out? After three failed login attempts, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. Contact your school coordinator to reset your credentials.
• Can I access the site if my school is a candidate school? Access is at the school's discretion. If your school is going through the IB authorization process, please check with your coordinator.
